This fic came about because I wanted to write a couple of different stories, I wanted a story where Jethro's life was a little empty and sterile and he found someone to bring back the warmth he had with Shannon. And I wanted to write a story about Tony dating and getting serious about someone that had a child and letting his hidden paternal streak show. And I wanted to write a serious polyamory piece, something about the true aspects of a multi-partner relationship, not just a multi-partner sexual one. So this fic was born. I am working on this fic very, very slowly. My intention is to get it right versus get it done. It will be a very large, novel sized story when complete.

Important to note: Polyandry is the practice of a woman having more than one husband. There is no slash in this story, either actual or implied. Nor is there actual or implied multiple partner sex.
